Refund and Returns Policy

At MGD Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to offer a hassle-free return and refund experience while ensuring fair use of our policies.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You received a wrong or missing item
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the eligible timeframe

Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items not due to transit
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at [support@mgdmart.com] with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the item showing the defect/damage

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


3. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partners.
  • In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product. You’ll be reimbursed for courier charges upon sharing the receipt.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: Original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.)
Refund Timeline: Within 5–10 business days after approval


5. Replacements / Exchanges

If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will offer a free replacement (subject to stock availability). If not available, a full refund will be issued.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery (if eligible).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been credited:

  1. Check your payment account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing time varies).
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at [support@mgdmart.com].
