1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across India.
If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at [support@mgdmart.com] to confirm availability.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.
  • We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 may attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49 (subject to offers/promotions).
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can track your order at any time using the provided link.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel to us.
  • If you miss the delivery, you can reschedule by contacting the courier service directly using the tracking information provided.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In cases where a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for further instructions. Reshipping may incur additional charges.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control.
