Return & Refund Policy

At MGD Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards and digital products

3. Return Process

  1. Log in to your MGD Mart account and navigate to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the item you wish to return and click “Request Return.”
  3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the assigned courier.
  4. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and initiate a refund if eligible.

4. Manual Return Shipping (If Pickup is Unavailable)

In some cases, our courier partner may not be able to pick up your parcel if your location is outside our pickup service range. In such situations, you will need to manually ship the product to our return address. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed.

Please ensure the item is securely packed, and keep the shipping receipt or tracking ID for reference.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify your returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
